Bianca Beare

Person-Centred Counsellor

As a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, my practice is deeply rooted in the humanistic framework, grounded in the core belief that every individual possesses an innate capacity for self-healing, growth, and resilience. I view therapy as a collaborative, non-directive journey where clients remain the experts in their own lives. I am here to walk alongside clients, working entirely at a pace that feels manageable. My clinical background includes supporting individuals navigating deeply personal issues with specialised experience in domestic and sexual abuse, pregnancy loss and complex life and relational challenges. I offer an open and compassionate space, that can be used for empowerment, rebuilding, reflection, mourning and growth.

Central to my work is a trauma-informed approach. I place paramount importance on establishing psychological safety, choice, and transparency. In sessions, I endeavour to cultivate a warm, non-judgmental environment built on unconditional positive regard and active empathy. Within this grounded space, I combine genuine presence with thoughtful, gentle challenge—offering clients a mirror to explore difficult emotions, examine deep-rooted patterns, and process painful experiences without fear of judgement.

Therapy with me is not about fixing or prescribing answers; it is about providing the safety, and clarity clients need to reconnect with their own inner resources, gain self-awareness, and foster meaningful, lasting change.
